 What is My Petite Box?

My Petite Box is a monthly box subscription based in Calgary.
Each month, you’ll get to discover one local business with a trendy surprise of hand selected products.
More information is available on the How it works page. 

 Can I buy only one box?

Sure! Head to Give as a Gift to receive one box without any renewal!

 Can I offer My Petite Box as a gift?

Please do! My Petite Box is a nice way to treat a friend or a family member!
During checkout, simply enter the recipient's information.

 Do you accept returns?

All My Petite Box sales are final. If you don’t like the products, you could make a friend or family member a nice surprise!
If there is an error in your shipment, or an item in the box arrives damaged, please let us know and we will be happy to take care of it!

 When will I receive My Petite Box?

All boxes are shipped between the 5th and the 8th of each month.
The time to have it delivered depends on your location but it should be delivered before the 20th of the month.

 Is the shipping included?

Shipping is not included but it is a flat shipping rates to you.
Shipping in Alberta is $10 and anywhere else in Canada is $15.

My Account

 How to create an account?

It's super easy to create an account on My Petite Box.
You just need to enter your name, email address, create a password and you're good to go!

 How do I change my password?

Go to My Account, scroll down to access the Change Password section. Enter your old password, your new one, confirm it and you're done! 

 I cannot login, what can I do?

Well that's frustrating, isn't it? Are you using the email address you used to create your My Petite Box account? Please check carefully.
If you cannot find a solution, contact us!

 I forgot my password.

No worries, you can easily reset your password!
You just have to access to the "Forgot your password" link on the Login page. Once you're there follow the steps to restore your password.

Subscriptions

 How do the subscriptions work?

When placing your order, you are creating a subscription. All our subscriptions are billed on the 21st.
Your subscription will auto-renew each month.
The payment will be processed using the credit card entered at the time of the subscription on the 21st of each month.
You’ll get your box around the 15th of the next month. 

 How does it work if I subscribe for 3 or 6 months?

The longer you subscribe, the best price you'll get per month. You will not be able to cancel your plan before the end of your commitment.
To thank you for your support, you'll keep your monthly preferential price as long as you keep your subscription active (yes, it could be for life!)

 Which box am I going to receive when I subscribe?

The first box you’ll get depends on your subscription date.
You have until the 20th of each month to subscribe to get the box of the following month. 

For example: You subscribed on April 10th, we'll proceed with the payment on April 21st and you’ll receive your first box in May. If you subscribed on April 25th, we'll proceed with the payment for the first time on May 21st and you’ll receive your first box in June.

 How can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your month to month subscription by accessing your subscription details in your order history.

If you chose a 3 or 6 month minimum subscription, you’ll be able to do so only at the end of your commitment.





 When can I cancel my subscription?

If you chose the 1 month minimum subscription, you can cancel anytime. Please note that if you cancel before the first billing cycle (on the 21st of each month), you will not receive any box.

If you’ve already been billed for the next month’s box, your cancellation will take effect in the next billing cycle.

If you chose a 3 or 6 month minimum subscription, you won’t be able to cancel before the end of your commitment.

Gift Packages

 How do the gift packages work?

What a great idea to surprise your friend or family member!
We have a few different types of subscriptions that can be gifted: a month, 3 months or 6 months.
Payment will be taken in full when you subscribe.

 Which box will my friend or family member receive once I purchase the package ?

The first box sent will depend on the purchase date. You have until the 20th of each month to purchase for the following month.

For example: You create your order on April 10th, your loved one will receive her first box in May. If you subscribed on April 25th then your loved one will receive her first box in June.

Payment

 What method of payment can I use?

We accept all types of credit and debit cards (as long as you can use it online). Visa, MasterCard, American Express, you name it!

 How can I update my credit card information?

We made it easy for you… Simply sign in and go to “My Account” and “Billing information”.

 When will you charge my credit card?

For monthly subscription (with or without commitment) your card will be charged on the 21st of each month. For gift packages (1, 3 or 6 months), your card will be charged at the time of the purchase for the full amount.

 If I subscribe today, when will you charge my credit card?

If you chose a subscription (with or without commitment) your card will be charged on the next 21st of the month. If today is May 1st, you’ll be charged on May 21st and you’ll receive your first box in June. If today is May 25th, you’ll be charged for the first time on June 21st and you’ll receive your first box in July.

If you chose a gift package for a specific duration (1, 3 or 6 months), your card will be charged today for the full amount (package+shipping).

 I got an email about an issue to charge my credit card, what am I supposed to do?

Don’t panic, this email is to let you know we couldn’t charge your card this month. Maybe there is a problem with your card.
Contact us and we’ll be happy to help you fix it!

Delivery

 How can I track the delivery?

Once My Petite Box is shipped, you’ll get the tracking number sent by email.
You can also check the status of your shipment via your account in “My orders”.

 I entered an incorrect delivery address, what can I do?

Don’t panic! You can update your delivery address in your account.
You can also contact us to make sure the update is done before we ship your box!

 Can I get My Petite Box delivered outside of Canada?

My Petite Box is only available in Canada for now.
Let us know where you want to have it delivered and we'll work on it!

 The content of My Petite Box has been damaged, what can I do?

We are sorry to hear that! Please contact us and we’ll fix the issue right away.

 How can I pick up My Petite Box?

You will receive an email to notify you when your box is ready for pick-up.

Please note that we offer the pick-up option in Calgary only. 

The location is in the SW in Rosscarrock or Palliser depending on the month.

The exact address, days and times will be shared by email each month.
